  5. Changes to the event date are subject to availability; fees are non-transferable.

  6. Any additional services requested post-contract will require approval and payment before proceeding.

8. Contractual Rights & Waiver

9. Client Responsibilities

  6. A meal must be provided to our team on the event day.

10. Contract Duration

  • The contract ends when all agreed services are fulfilled on the event date.

11. Right of Withdrawal

  1. You may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of signing by email or fax.

  2. No withdrawal is possible if services have already started or involve custom work.

  3. Payments made are non-refundable once services begin.

12. Refund Policy – Consultancy

  • A full refund is available within 24 hours of the consultation. No refunds are granted after this period.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These terms are governed by Italian law.

  2. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts, specifically those at the company’s legal address.

14. Amendments

  1. These Terms & Conditions may change. The version in effect at the time of signing your agreement applies.

  2. Clients are advised to keep a copy of the applicable terms.
